Participants agree to these Terms and Conditions (the 'Terms and Conditions'). Any information or instructions published by Sonos, Inc., with its registered offices at 614 Chapala Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101, or its fully owned subsidiaries (collectively 'Sonos') about the Promotion at form part of the Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion

Participants may use a discount code received from Sonos (the 'Discount Code') to receive 15% off their purchase on or a 15% Cashback Award for purchases made from Sonos-authorised retailers (Participating Retailers), subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Discount on

Participants may receive 15% off their purchase on or at a Sonos store on purchases made between 5th September 2017 and 15th September 2017. Participants will only be entitled to a maximum discount from each Discount Code of the following for your local currency: USD 300, CAD 390, AUD 412.50, GBP 300, EUR 300, SEK 2,850, DKK 2,250, NOK 2,850, CHF 345. Discount Codes are available for one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion, including the Cashback Offer below.

Cashback on Purchases from Sonos-authorised Retailers


  1. Participants who purchase a new Sonos PLAY:1, PLAY:3, PLAY:5, PLAYBAR, PLAYBASE, SUB, CONNECT, CONNECT:AMP or BOOST (each a 'Qualifying Product') in-store or online from a Participating Retailer in a Participating Country (as defined below) between 00:00 GMT 5 September 2017 and end at 23:59 GMT 15 September 2017 (the 'Promotion Period') will be entitled to claim a Cashback Reward equal to the value of 15% of the purchase price paid for the Qualifying Product up to a maximum Cashback Reward value of the following for your local currency: USD 300, CAD 390, AUD 412.50, GBP 300, EUR 300, SEK 2,850, DKK 2,250, CHF 345.
  2. Discount Codes are for one-time use only and Products purchased as part of another promotion are specifically excluded from this promotion. Purchases from non-authorised Sonos resellers or from are not eligible for this Promotion.


  1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be an individual end user customer residing in one of the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States (the 'Participating Countries'). Businesses are excluded from participating in this Promotion. Cashback Rewards shall be paid by bank transfer and Participants must have a bank account in their country of residence in order to receive the Cashback Reward.
  2. A claim must be made by the end user Participant, and must not be submitted through agents, retailers, resellers, third parties or in bulk


  1. After purchase of the Qualifying Product, Participants must visit, complete the claim form and upload a copy of their proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or invoice. Claims and supporting documents must be received before 23:59 GMT 15th October 2017 to be eligible for a Cashback Reward.
  2. Participants will receive their Cashback Reward by bank transfer from the Administrator within 30 days of successful claim validation.
  3. If the claim is deemed to have not been submitted correctly, the Participant will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the email. If no response is received within seven (7) calendar days of the email being sent then the claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Cashback Reward.
  4. Claims that are incomplete will be deemed invalid. Sonos is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of claims.
  5. Sonos reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions and to disqualify claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions at any time at its own discretion.
  6. Sonos shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to generate or require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of a Participant, deny a Cashback Reward, or terminate the Promotion due to excessive fraud. This process may involve Sonos sharing information with third parties

Privacy and Data Protection

  1. Sonos may use any personal information submitted by the Participant to advise Participants of future promotions and to provide information about products of Sonos or its associated companies that may be of interest. The Participant hereby consents to such personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with Sonos’ privacy policy available at: The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to Sonos or by using the opt-out process outlined in Sonos’ privacy policy.
  2. Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions or for the purposes of operating the Promotion, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Cashback Reward will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.
